Curian Clearing, LLC (member FINRA/SIPC) is the operational support center and broker/dealer for Financial Professionals and their clients. We offer our customers leading-edge technology solutions as well as real-time systems for opening and viewing accounts and providing online client services.

Securities in your account at Curian Clearing are protected through the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC), and customers are afforded the benefits under the Securities Investor Protection Act of 1970. SIPC provides protection up to $500,000, $100,000 of which may be for cash balances.

In addition, we have arranged supplemental account protection through Lloyd’s of London, a licensed British insurer that provides Excess SIPC protection of Full Net Equity of Securities and Cash, which is subject to a maximum limit of loss of $2,000,000 per customer and a $10,000,000 aggregate limit of coverage. Together, the SIPC and Excess SIPC insurance coverage offer protection for securities in your account of up to $2,500,000. This additional coverage and the SIPC coverage do not protect against market loss.
